Leo Martin, Project Director – Leo joined Grahams in 1999 having previously worked as Project Manager on the Channel Tunnel Rail Link, Ahsford. Leo has a MEng from the University of Ulster, Jordanstown and is a Fellow of the Institute of Civil Engineers, a Member of the Institute of Engineers of Ireland, a Member of the Institute of Highway’s Transportation and is a Chartered Engineer. Leo’s special competency is the Project Management of major civil engineering projects and recent projects have included the Dunleer- Dundalk Motorway, the Kingston Bridge refurbishment in Glasgow and the A8 dualling works |

Martin O Neill is Construction Manager with HMC. Martin has worked with Farrans for 13 years. He has a BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Ulster and has worked on the Cross-Harbour Road and Rail Bridge, M3 and the Victoria Square development. |
Anne Monaghan, Public Liaison Manager - Prior to joining Graham in January 2006, Anne was Community Relations Manager at the University of Ulster where she worked on community projects with students and local residents. As well as dealing with complaints from local communities and statutory agencies she liaised extensively with local politicians and the local media. Anne is a Law/Politics graduate from Queen’s University, Belfast and has a MA in Peace/Conflict Studies from the University of Notre Dame, Indiana, where she was a Kroc Scholar and Graduate Fellow. Anne is also a Parades Commissioner with the Northern Ireland Parades Commission and sits on Belfast's District Policing Partnership. |

David Barr is Section Manager for the M2 strengthening works, Scheme 1 services and Antrim slip-roads. David has worked with Farrans for eight years. He graduated from QUB in 1997 with a BEng in Civil Engineering and has worked on the Aquarius project and on the Odyssey. |
Robert Laverty, Section Manager, Broadway – Robert joined Graham in 2000 and has extensive experience on technically challenging projects as a civil engineer. He most recently worked in Glasgow on the Kingston Bridge refurbishment. |

Eugene Flaherty, Section Manager, Grosvenor – Eugene has worked with Farrans for twenty years as a civil engineer. His previous experience has included the cross-harbour road and rail bridge, M3, (1995), the Tillysburn underpass in 2003, the Blacks Road and Kingsway Bridges in 2004 and strengthening works on the Foyle bridge in 2005 |
Stephen McFaul, Section Manager, Stockman’s Lane – Stephen has worked with Graham for twenty years. He has previously worked on the cross-harbour road and rail links and on numerous other projects in Northern Ireland, the UK and the Republic of Ireland. |
